Reason for nomination: Kathy has rescued shelter cats from all over South Georgia. She also concentrates on spay and neuter for individuals that cannot afford to have it done. Without her help, thousands of cats would have been euthanized and would not have had the chance to live out their lives. We need more Kathy's in this world!!
