Reason for nomination: Scott devotes 100% of his life to SOCO Rescue. I have witnessed him building new kennels until 8:00pm and then go home to due payroll. I also witnessed Scott work preparing a borrowed transport van for an adoption event in NJ until after 11:00pm. Scott has transported rescued dogs to NJ for several years, often sleeping in the van or truck with the dogs. What impressed me when I met Scott in NJ at one of the adoption events was how each of the dogs seemed to love Scott. SOCO could definitely put the award money to good use.
